Packet Pickup and Event Schedule

Early Packet Pickup:

  • PARK, PICKUP, & PARTAKE: Tuesday June 16, 6-9pm, Wooden Cask Brewing Company, 629 York Street, Newport, KY. Park at the Wooden Cask. Drink Tokens for $1-off are available. We will be set up inside or on the patio.
  • PARK, PICKUP, & PARTAKE: Friday June 19, 4-7pm, Reser Bicycle Outfitters, 648 Monmouth Street, Newport, KY. Park in the lot across from Reser’s on 7th Street, or nearby at the Wooden Cask, or nearby at the Kroger on York Street. Wooden Cask Drink Tokens for $1-off are available. We will be at a popup tent in the small lot behind Reser’s.
  • EXPRESS PICKUP: Friday June 19, 4-7pm, Reser Bicycle Outfitters, 648 Monmouth Street, Newport, KY. From Monmouth, turn left on E.7th Street, drive just past Reser’s, turn right in the Orchard St alley. We will be at a popup tent. If possible, text your name to 513-310-5070 before arriving, and we will try to have your packet ready.

Ride Opens: 7:00 am

Suggested ride start times:
Century: 7:15 – 7:45 am
Metric: 7:45 – 8:15 am
Rest of riders: 8:15 – 8:45 am
We are not doing a mass start.

Kentucky Cycling Challenge check in:
Post-ride, make sure you bring your Garmin or other GPS and/or distance gauging device with proof of your century or metric completion to the Kentucky Challenge tent to get credit towards the challenge.

Post Ride Festivities:
Cool off in the air conditioned Knights of Columbus Hall.
Enjoy cold drinks and a catered meal.
Get a medical massage from Renew https://www.renewmedicalmassage.com/. Cost is $1/minute.
Celebrate the Strava Challenge winners.
